Kerstkalkoen met Pancetta en Salie


Cranberry-Catalina Tenderloins

  • 1 – 1 1/4 lbs meat (turkey, pork)
  • 1/3 C Sweet and Spicy French Dressing
  • 1/3 C whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1 T dried onion soup mix

Heat oven to 350F. Place meat in 9×9″ or 11×9″ baking pan. In small bowl combine dressing, cranberry sauce and onion soup mix. Mix well. Spoon 1/2 over meat. Cover tightly with foil. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Remove foil. Spoon remaining sauce over meat, Cover and bake an additional 20 – 25 minutes or until meat is no longer pink in center (for turkey breast meat). Slice (breast) and serve with sauce.
